Flexible mica plate G-1260-S

Mica plate is made of mica paper bonded by high-performance organic silicon resin, after heating and pressing, becomes rigid or flexible insulating plate. The mica content is about 90% and the organic silicon resin content is 10%.

G-1260-S series flexible mica plates, also known as glue mica paper, have good elasticity and flexibility at room temperature, and can be curled into different shapes as desired. The customers can choose the products according to different toughness requirements, for example, the flexible plate can be used in electric hair dryer. Flexible mica plate made by Rongtai can be folded for more than 10 times and pressed by heavy objects without breaking. According to customer demand, the voltage resistance ability can be increased to 1-2 times of conventional standard value. G-1260-S can be used as cover plate, separate plate, insulating plate or heat-resistant sealing material. Typically it is used as: hot-air spray gun, induction furnace, motor, transformers and so on.

Feature:

Relative to general insulation material, the prominent advantages of the flexible mica plate are:

◆ Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000℃ operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;

◆ Good tensile property: It can be processed into a variety of shapes without layer separation;

◆ Excellent environmental protection performance: The product contains no asbestos, and has less smoke and odors, even smokeless and odorless when heating;

◆ Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance.

Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.

Packing:One pack is 50kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG or protected by metal drum.

Use and storage: Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor place at room temperature, there is no service life limit.
