GREAT WALL MINERAL processes high-quality Mica Paper with selected muscovite mica,phlogopite mica,synthetic mica or calcined muscovite mica as raw material. After chemical and mechanical processing, it is cut and rolled into paper roll. Our mica paper is divided into the following types as per different material, process and application：

Mica Paper Type

Code Name Material Application Features GW-505 Commutator mica paper Muscovite mica,binder Commutator mica sheet Mica paper of this type is produced with pulp of smaller mica flakes and traces of adhesive, and has uniform thickness. GW-506 Muscovite mica paper Muscovite mica Mica sheet for heating element Mica flakes of the pulp can be adjusted according to customers' request. This paper has excellent performances, like anti-kiritoori and (electronic) corona resistance, uniform thickness, well porosity and penetration. GW-P506 Phlogopite mica paper Phlogopite mica Fire resistant mica tape, mica sheet in heating element This mica paper is soft, and the temperature resistance is up to 750℃. GW-S506 Synthetic mica paper Synthetic mica Fire resistant mica tape, Resin-rich mica tape It has higher temperature resistance (above 1000℃) than raw phlogopite mica. GW-507 Less resin mica tape paper Muscovite mica Less resin mica tape Loose structure and good porosity GW-509 Moderate-resin mica tape paper Muscovite mica Moderate-resin mica tape Big flakes mica paper, has higher performance of anti-kiritoori and electrical resistance, and better porosity and penetration than mica paper 507. GW-502-1 Calcined muscovite mica paper Calcined muscovite mica Fire resistant mica tape This mica paper is soft, and has a high density, its properties are much better than the mica paper made of raw mica.
